Pavel Vaněk

Pavel Vaněk is a project manager at heart. He likes the cycle from the primary idea, to the decision, implementation, up to sustainability. The whole planet is governed by a project cycle. When he achieved his engineering degree 16 years ago, he joined the State Environmental Fund of the Czech Republic, where he got his first practical experience in water projects from the Cohesion Fund.

He then moved to the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic in the field of science, research and innovation and this topic has remained close to him since then, because after a short engagement at the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic, he has been operating between the academic sphere (Czech Technical University) and innovation centres (SIC, PII).
